Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of liquid smoke products. liquid smoke products from coconut shell pyrolysis with a multistage condensation system. The study includes financial feasibility in the form of BEP analysis, payback period, and B/C ratio. The data used in this study include primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through observation (observation). and in-depth interviews using questionnaires. Based on the results of Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the liquid smoke business is feasible to run. The business feasibility of coconut shell liquid smoke includes the following values: The cost of goods produced (HPP) of liquid smoke products is Rp. 95,000/m3 or Rp. 25,000/bottle. The break-even point (BEP) is achieved at a sales volume of 33 liters or 125 bottles of coconut shell liquid smoke products. coconut shell liquid smoke product, the Pay Back Period value is achieved In the 8th month, the benefit-back ratio (B/C ratio) is 1.5 years.
